It does the job and my shoulder is now relieved. Cons: I wanted the black one as is still pictured on this website but I had to settle for a white one. I am not satisfied with this company because they refused to give me my money back despite the fact that I indicated that I was not getting what I wanted (the black one). I will not purchase from this company again. Thank You.
