It does the job and my shoulder is now relieved. Cons: I wanted the black one as is still pictured on this website but I had to settle for a white one. I am not satisfied with this company because they refused to give me my money back despite the fact that I indicated that I was not getting what I wanted (the black one). I will not purchase from this company again. Thank You. Overall:  I would recommend that this company adopt a policy that gives customers their money back if they do not have the product that the customer wants. Thanks.

The hinge at the bottom to open it up to click the flame on seems to be sturdy, so I don't expect it to break down easily. It is heavy for it's size, so I believe it's made out of good metal and won't fall apart soon. Cons: There was no packaging with this item. Hence, no instructions on how to fill it. Anyone who's not familiar with butane lighters might have a challenge trying to figure out how to fill it. But any pipe shop can help them. I'm also afraid this lighter is going to be hard to operate. The roller mechanism at the bottom of the lighter to click the flame into action is hard to move because it's stiff & so small. Overall: I got exactly what was advertised and what I expected, so I am pleased. Actually, it's higher quality than I expected for the price, so again, I feel confident in recommending this product & website to my friends.
